These are fantastic luxury apartments located with in a stones throw from the Pedrera. This is one of nine apartments in the same block. There are 5 of the same type in the block which are 1 bedrooms, each apartment can sleep up to 4 in total. Also in the same building there are 4, 3 bedroom apartments which can sleep up to 6 in total. In the 3 bedroom apartments there are also 2 bathrooms. All the apartments are in mint condition and are fitted with brand new kitchens and all mod cons. The large windows allow lots of natural light into the lounge area making this a perfect suntrap. As there are many apartments here, this makes it an ideal block for both holiday makers and cooperate bookings. There is also wireless in the whole building so perfect for those corporate clients who wish to work a little whilst on holiday. The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walk. This will take you off to the centre of the city such as Placa de Catalunya, or in the other direction just a few stops will take you to the stunning Parc Guell, the Gaudi Park which is a fantastic vantage point to take in the whole city. Bemerkung: The apartment is very nice, new and everything has been carefully thought of.
Appliances, furniture and details are all very modern and comfortable.
We has some minor trouble with the electric shutters as the second day we forgot how you could open them, maybe they were broken or we missed the secret double button combination.
Luckily we could slide them and fix the amount of light, so no need to call the office.
Also one of the bathrooms doors had a modern lock which we did not manage to use, so could not lock it.
These are really minor issues and if we had a real problem we could have just called them.
Water pressure and temperature were great, so showers were enjoyable.
One of the sinks was on the small side, but again, enough.
Wireless internet connection worked fine and was fast.
Beds were comfortable (we did not try the sofa bed) and some noise came from the street (people talking) on Friday night.
All the lights were one-touch buttons, quite nice.

The kitchen was efficient and modern. I could suggest more kitchen rags and a place to dry dishes.
The company is on the bureaucratic side: credit card to reserve, then go to the office in Plaza Catalunya to collect keys, leave a deposit, then go to the apartment and back to the office on checkout and many rules on the agreement, but then you can pay the transfer and it will be easier, plus the rules all make sense.
Generally the experience was of a very modern and nice apartment where you can bring your friends or family and be sure all will be ok.
