Beautiful apartment located at the beginning of “La Barceloneta” and very close to the city centre. Advisable to be fit, as this flat is on a 4th floor, with no elevator, but it is surely worth the effort as the view of the Barcelona Harbour and city, is absolutely breathtaking. The living room is well distributed, practical, well laid out. There are shelves, a sofa–bed. From the table you can see the port while you have a coffee, a cocktail... TV, video player, CD. Air conditioning/heating, fans. It has 3 rooms: One with single bed, a wardrobe, a table, shelves, a balcony facing port view. The apartment is located between the beach and the city, within walking distance of both. Ideal for people who want to experience the locals in Barceloneta. Life in a quiet area but close to the Avenida Juan de Borbon (main boulevard just on the corner, in front of Port Vell). All services close by (supermarkets, banks, chemist, cafes, restaurants and so on). This is a unique experience, observe the hassle and bustle of this neighborhood from your balcony.
