Commentaire: That's a perfect apartment for those who want to be right in the middle of the action and have a sea view at the same time.
The only negative aspect I could find is that the building itself would appreciate some renovation, but once inside the apartments all gets perfect.
Roberto is definitely a professional who takes care in what he does and you feel it the minute you enter in the apartment.
