The apartment is on the half way between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. It is a very charming apartment for 1 to 3 persons, in the ground floor, of a high standing building from 1985. The apartment will surprise you with his large garden, it measures 35 m² and offers a table and chairs. The apartment has an independent entrance from the garden. You can join the historical center of Paris in 15 min with the public transports.
