Apartment Nikita Near Eiffel Tower

Large ground floor 3 bedroom flat with extensive terrace and lily pond, with trees just outside, and gardens beyond, as well as some nice little squares and shopping areas just a walk away. The area is famous for film stars, and is in the wealthy 16th arrondisement. Balzac lived just down the road, and the whole feel of the place is upmarket Paris. The large and wonderful Bois de Boulogne park is not far away, and just five minutes walk gets you to the Trocadero, where the best view of the Eiffel tower is to be had. Alternatively, you can walk down past lovely old buildings to the tower (ten minutes), and amble along the banks and moored boats of the Seine, which are just two minutes away. The Passy metro station quickly gets you to all the other sights.

Prime location in what is the Chelsea of Paris. Many old and beautiful buildings around us. 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. 3 minutes walk from Metro Passy. 1 minute to exclusive and very pleasant gardens and childrens playground. All kinds of boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, patisserie etc just nearby, and the Seine is just below us.
